If you have located our website by way of an ad placed in your local newspaper, the ad is a scam.

Customer Service Perceptions does NOT place ads in newspapers to solicit mystery shoppers. Also, Customer Service Perceptions ONLY sends checks to shoppers that have completed assignments, as payment for the assignment completed. No checks are sent for the purpose of being used to conduct an assignment or sent prior to the completion of an assignment.

If you have been offered an assignment by Customer Service Perceptions as a result of answering an ad, or having received a packet with a check, then you should contact your local law authorities.

Customer Service Perceptions is a legitimate business that has been providing quality mystery shopping services since 1998. We will continue to do so. However, we are aware at this time that there is a scam using our company name. Know that we are doing everything in our power to locate the source and put an end to the fraud.
